Effective 26 September 2026.
What PHION processes
PHION may process information supplied in a request and limited operational records needed to deliver, secure and improve the service. These records may include time, requested service, response status, broad client channel and payment or delivery state.
What not to send
Do not send private keys, recovery phrases, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. PHION does not require custody of wallet secrets for normal service use.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, reconcile delivery and payment, and measure service reliability. PHION does not sell raw request content as personal-data inventory.
Third-party services
When a request clearly requires an outside provider, relevant input may be sent to that provider only as needed to perform the requested task. The route and expected terms should be shown before a paid action.
Control and inquiries
Users should minimize submitted data and may stop using the service at any time. Privacy inquiries can be raised through PHION's verified public profile or official website channel.
